Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted unless by prior arrangement and within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return you must contact us either by email Click Here or telephone us on (08) 9331 1135. We will issue a returns authorization. We cannot process any returns for items without an authorization and the original receipt of sale (invoice).

If the goods have been installed no refund can be given.
If the product has been deemed faulty by a member of our staff, an offer of a refund, exchange or credit will be issued.

Payments will only be refunded when the returned items have been checked and verified in our warehouse. A refund will then be given for the value of the goods minus delivery costs via the original payment method used. A 15% handling/re-stocking charge is payable on all cancelled/unwanted orders which have already been dispatched and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If upon delivery, customers wish to exchange goods for an alternative colour this is possible if we are notified immediately, and all carriage expenses are required to be paid for by the customer. This includes the return and new outward carriage costs. Before collection you will be notified of all costs for this service and understand the amount of refund which will be returned.


Pre-orders deposits cannot be refunded. However, if the order is paid in full, you can exchange it for a store credit so long as final payment has been made within 7 days of stock arriving. Please note that the delivery stated for the item is only an estimate given by the manufacturer. We do not refund for late delivery.
